Citrine is generally known as quartz topaz, or topaz, but these names are quite misleading. It is only Citrine and should not be teamed with any other kind of stone. Citrine can be yellow, gold, amber or amber brown. This is one of the most common stone used in jewelry and is often confused with much more precious topaz because of the wrong names associated with it.
